SQUARE

it's all about the square. We occupy the first floor of a new renovated really old building.  We are right on the square - the courthouse is our front yard.  We are embedded in the community and enjoying every moment.  The square hosts multiple events each month; including, Saturday farmers market, music in the square, sip, stroll and art and many other events.  Foot traffic is high and people come to shop.  

 

RETAIL

Our retail space is around 650 sqft and we section this off to accommodate multiple vendors.  Depending on what is being sold and who is selling it we keep our lines flexible until sale day (we will work with you to define the space you need to be successful).  We are a community of vendors and work along side each other but not so close that we are stepping on toes.

DESIGN

The space is well lit, tastefully decorated and represents high end brands in the pop shop space.  We are of course climate controlled and have restrooms available for trying on clothes and normal restroom duties.  We have some tables for display if needed and plenty of power in case you sell disco balls and need to power a display.

SUCCESS

We are focused on our vendors.  We want you to succeed.  We purchase local advertising, put out signs, hang banners and make as much noise on the Square as possible to bring people in the doors.  We are working to enable your success!
